i54

The UK's West Midlands Regional Development Agency - Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and Wolverhampton City Council (WCC), as joint venture partners, seek a development partner to develop its flagship site known as i54.

i54 is a 226 acre / 91 hectare (approximately) strategic development site for employment uses located in the centre of the UK, approximately 3 miles north of Wolverhampton City Centre and 17 miles north west of Birmingham. The adjacent comprehensive motorway network system provides ready access to major cities, airports and ports across the country.

i54 would benefit from its own dedicated motorway junction, which is to be constructed at AWM's cost.

Development Proposals

The proposed development comprises offices, workspace, industrial units, education and research, hotel, ancillary services, open space, associated highways, footpaths and landscaping.

The total amount of floor space proposed is 2,500,000 ft² / 235,000 m².
